With over 50 years of combined experience across building inspection, municipal compliance, and swimming pool safety regulations, our inspectors provide thorough, objective assessments.

We work directly with residential homeowners, real estate agents, conveyancers, bodies corporate, and municipal councils across Victoria. How We Work With You

• Prompt Certification: When your safety barrier is compliant, we issue a Certificate of Pool and Spa Barrier Compliance (Form 23) within 24 hours of inspection.
• Practical Owner Notices: If non-compliant items are found, we provide a clear, photographic report explaining exactly what requires rectification within the statutory 60-day window.
• Pre-Inspection Consultation: We provide on-site advice for new pool installations, barrier replacements, and landscape designs before formal statutory assessments.
